Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Lean Construction als Methode sowie das dazugehörige Mindset auf der Baustelle ein
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Lean-Workshops auf der Baustelle, einschließlich regelmäßiges Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen
- Sie zeigen den Baufortschritt und die Teamkultur durch Anwendung und Messung von KPIs transparent auf
- Sie identifizieren Schnittstellen zwischen den Baustellenteams und kommunizieren diese an die relevanten Beteiligten
- Sie sind für die projektübergreifende sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer LEAN-Methodik sowie der angewandten Tools verantwortlich
- Sie wirken beim Reporting mit und koordinieren sich eng mit Terminplaner:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Sie können einschlägige Berufserfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden und/oder Lean Construction Management vorweisen
- Sie haben Spaß an Teamarbeit und große Begeisterung für Lean & Veränderungsprozesse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Moderationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke aus
- Sie sind strukturiert, kommunikativ, mutig sich auf Unbekanntes einzulassen und bereit Neues zu lernen
- Sie bringen die Fähigkeit mit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen und diese visuell darzustellen, und haben einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, ergänzt durch Systemkenntnisse wie Miro oder Koppla bzw. IT-Affinität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
