- Du erkennst verborgene Potenziale detektivisch schnell und pushst so die Verbesserung der technischen Suchmaschinenoptimierung unserer internationalen Webpräsenz nachhaltig
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die Optimierung des SEO-Bereichs bei unserem Unternehmen. Als SEO-Expert:in begleitest du internationale Migrationen und Website-Erweiterungen mit einem klaren Fokus auf topaktuelle SEO-Praktiken. Dein Antrieb und Ziel: Maximale Sichtbarkeit und relevanter Traffic
- Du sicherst die Qualität technischer Faktoren und sorgst dafür, dass alle SEO-Standards eingehalten werden und alles rund läuft
- Du folgst einer strategischen SEO-Roadmap und erlangst durch tiefgreifende SEO-Analysen mit vielfältigen KPIs wertvolle Erkenntnisse, aus denen du gezielte Maßnahmen ableitest, um die Performance auf ein neues Level zu heben
- Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit uns die SEO-Strategie bei unserem Unternehmen. Mit deiner Expertise und deinen Ideen im SEO-Bereich bringst du unseren internationalen Webshop und unser Magazin in 15 Ländern und 6 Sprachen an die Spitze der Google-Rankings

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Digital Marketing vorweisen, alternativ hast du einen Bachelor im ähnlichen Bereich mit SEO-Zertifizierungen sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen SEO
- Du bist bestens vertraut mit Tools wie Google Analytics, Screaming Frog und Sistrix und kannst auf fundierte Kenntnisse in HTML, JavaScript und CSS zurückgreifen (keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich)
- Du bist Profi im Management internationaler Content-Strategien, versiert im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen und in der Lage, SEO-Anforderungen aus technischer und inhaltlicher Sicht zu bestimmen sowie Stakeholder effektiv zu briefen
- Du bist dank deiner Leidenschaft für Teamarbeit und deinen erstklassigen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch bestens gerüstet. Außerdem hast du ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und gehst analytische Fragestellungen mit Leichtigkeit an
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative, exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten und den Willen zur ständigen Weiterbildung mit. Ein Faible für Fotografie wäre erfreulich, ist jedoch nicht entscheidend

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
