Was erwartet dich?
- Du nimmst KIS Backend Anwendungen in Betrieb und konfigurierst sie
- Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung des Ecosystems unserer Produktlandschaft mit
- Du nimmst aktiv Serviceanfragen und Störungsmeldungen entgegen
- Du nimmst am Pikettdienst teil, um dringende Anfragen und Störungen zu bearbeiten und technische Unterstützung zu gewährleisten
- Du berätst Kund:innen im Umgang mit unseren Anwendungen
- Du analysierst fortgeschrittene Störungen und Fehler und entwickelst Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und/oder Bereichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von gängigen Linux Distributionen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Verschlüsselungstechnologien von Kommunikation (z.B. SSL/TLS) und in der Verwaltung von Netzwerken sowie der Netzwerkanalyse
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Containerisierung und Cloud-Orchestrierung (z.B. Docker und Kubernetes)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration und Pflege von Proxy Servern (z.B. NGINX)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
