Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Firmenkund:innen bedarfsgerecht in allen Zahlungsverkehrsprodukten
- Sie erkennen die Signale bei den Kund:innen für weitere Bankdienstleistungen und leiten an die Beratenden über
- Sie übernehmen alle Supportaufgaben vor Ort bei den Kund:innen (z. B. Bedarfssituation klären, Softwareauswahl, Unterstützung bei Installationen, Programmeinweisungen, Fehlerbeseitigung)
- Sie beobachten die Entwicklung technischer Lösungen, rechtlicher und politischer Rahmenbedingungen und leiten daraus evtl. Handlungsbedarf ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich gesammelt, idealerweise bei einer Genossenschaftsbank
- Sie besitzen optimalerweise Kenntnisse in banküblichen IT-Anwendungen wie z. B. agree21
- Sie sind technisch affin und sicher in der Anwendung von Office-Produkten
- Sie halten Termine ein, bereiten diese selbstständig vor und nach, setzen die richtigen Prioritäten und betreiben ein professionelles Zeitmanagement

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
