Projektleiter für Umspannwerk Sekundärtechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst mehrere Sekundärtechnik-Projekte für Umspannwerke und hältst dabei Zeitpläne, Budgets und Spezifikationen ein
- Du überwachst den Konstruktionsprozess für Schutz-, Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme gemäß nationalen und internationalen Standards (IEC, VDE, IEEE)
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen, Auftragnehmer, Lieferanten und interne Teams zur Koordination von Projekt-Updates, technischen Klärungen und lösungsorientiertem Dialog
- Du entwickelst, überwachst und verwaltest Projektbudgets, Zeitpläne und Ressourcen zur effizienten Erreichung der Projektziele
- Du identifizierst potenzielle Projektrisiken und implementierst effektive Gegenmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Installationen den Qualitätsstandards unseres Unternehmens entsprechen, einschließlich Dokumentation, Vor-Ort-Inspektionen und Qualitätsprüfungen
- Du arbeitest mit Prüfteams bei Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) und der Inbetriebnahme von Sekundärsystemen zusammen
- Du erstellst und präsentierst detaillierte technische Berichte, einschließlich Projektfortschritt, Risikobewertungen und Einhaltung von Vorschriften, zur internen und externen Überprüfung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Sekundärtechnik für Hoch- und Mittelspannungs-Umspannwerke mit und hast nachgewiesene Projektleitungserfahrung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Schutz-, Steuerungs- und SCADA-Systemen für Umspannwerke
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project und technischer Software wie AutoCAD, EPLAN oder ähnlichen Programmen
- Du bist vertraut mit Normen (IEC, VDE, IEEE) und Sicherheitsanforderungen in der Sekundärtechnik für Umspannwerke
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams und der Zusammenarbeit mit Auftragnehmern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
