Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das juristische Bauprojektmanagement für unsere Modernisierungsprojekte im Bereich Türen und Zugänge
- Du koordinierst die Planung, Umsetzung und Abnahme von Projekten, die auf modernste Antriebstechnik, Metallbau und Zugangskontrolle setzen
- Du sorgst für die rechtssichere Abwicklung der Projekte und überwachst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Partner:innen und Teams aus den Bereichen Technik, Metallbau und Zugangskontrolle zusammen, um die besten Lösungen zu schaffen
- Du hältst dein Projekt stets auf Kurs durch transparente Kommunikation und umfassende Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts und informierst alle Beteiligten proaktiv
- Du nimmst an regelmäßigen Fortbildungen teil, um dich in den Bereichen Bau- und Vertragsrecht sowie Antriebstechnik und Sicherheitssysteme weiterzuentwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen im Bauprojektmanagement und idealerweise im Bereich Antriebstechnik, Metallbau oder Zugangskontrollsysteme mit
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und technologische Trends im Bereich Zugänge und Gebäudeautomatisierung
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das auch in anspruchsvollen Projekten den Überblick behält und eigenverantwortlich agiert
- Du kommunizierst gerne und arbeitest im Team, um gemeinsam die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Du schätzt digitale Tools und innovative Technologien und setzt sie gerne ein, um Arbeitsprozesse effizienter zu gestalten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
