Vertriebsingenieur im Facility Management (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du vertreibst unsere Ingenieurdienstleistungen aus dem Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA), produktionsnahe Dienstleistungen und Versorgungstechnik
- Du gewinnst Neukund:innen, betreust Bestandskund:innen und baust die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Industriepartnern aus
- Du erstellst und hältst Präsentationen zur Darstellung unseres vielfältigen Dienstleistungsportfolios
- Du arbeitest Dienstleistungskonzepte und Angebote aus, verfolgst und verhandelst diese professionell bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Du beobachtest den Markt und wirkst beim Erarbeiten von Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategien sowie bei innovativen Produkt- und Servicekonzepten mit
- Du führst die Vertriebsdokumentation und pflegst die Daten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Hochschulstudium (Uni./ FH) oder einen Abschluss als Meister:in / Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und idealerweise Kontakte bzw. ein Netzwerk in der Industrie in unserer Vertriebsregion
- Du bist kunden- und lösungsorientiert und besitzt eine gesunde Portion Pragmatismus
- Du verfügst über Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und teamorientiert mit Ideenreichtum und Eigenmotivation
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch, bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
- Du bist regional reisebereit und besitzt die Führerscheinklasse B

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
