Projektleiter für Elektro Bauprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest größtenteils eigenständig Projekte und Bauvorhaben, indem du in Zusammenarbeit mit der Zeichenabteilung Grundrisspläne, Schemata und komplexe Planungen erstellst
- Du führst umfangreiche Berechnungen und Auslegungen durch
- Du stimmst dich größtenteils direkt mit anderen Gewerken, Fachplaner:innen, Bauherr:innen und Architekt:innen ab, um die Projektanforderungen sicherzustellen und Schnittstellen zwischen den Gewerken zu bearbeiten
- Du erstellst und pflegst eigenständig Dokumentationen, Protokolle und Berichte
- Du überwachst größtenteils eigenständig die Kostensituation während des Projektablaufs, erstellst Kostenermittlungen und Ausschreibungen, prüfst Rechnungen, managst Nachträge und kontrollierst die Kosten
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig kleinere Projekte oder Teilbereiche größerer Projekte in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß HOAI, von der Konzeption über die Ausführung bis zur Fertigstellung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Bachelor- oder Masterabsolvent:in im Bereich Elektro oder staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- Du hast idealerweise CAD-Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert
- Du bist zuverlässig, engagiert und verfügst über Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
