Sachbearbeiter Tourenplanung (m/w/d)
Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) kümmerst du dich um die Tourenplanung unserer Montagedienstleistungen und verstärkst unser kleines Team in Mönchengladbach.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich die Touren unserer Monteure und Fremdmonteure (m/w/d)
- Du übernimmst allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben im Rahmen der Disposition
- Du bearbeitest im Rahmen des 1st-Level-Supports Kundenanfragen zu Terminverlegungen und Reklamationen und klärst sonstige Probleme
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen der Monteurssteuerung und dem Projektmanagement
- Du optimierst mit uns gemeinsam die operativen und organisatorischen Prozesse im Bereich Disposition und 1st-Level-Support
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von betrieblichen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tourenplanung, Personaleinsatzplanung oder Terminorganisation
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch auf C1 Niveau
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
- Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Umgang eines Dispositionstools bzw. ERP-Systems
- Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an Teamarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
