Du kümmerst dich um die Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung der monatlichen Buchhaltung, die Kontenabstimmung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs. Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Jahresabschlussprüfung.
Deine Aufgaben:
- BUCHHALTUNG: Du kümmerst dich um die Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung der monatlichen Buchhaltung, die Kontenabstimmung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs. Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und der Jahresabschlussprüfung
- FORDERUNGSMANAGEMENT: Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen, übernimmst die Abstimmung der Revenues sowie das Mahnwesen und die dazugehörige Korrespondenz
- CONTROLLING: Du bist für die Erstellung und Analyse unserer monatlichen betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen verantwortlich und erarbeitest weitere relevante Analysen
- PROJEKTMANAGEMENT: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau sowie der Weiterentwicklung von finanzspezifischen Unternehmensprozessen, wie z.B. Cashmanagement, Rechnungsworkflows, Auslagenmanagement, Finanzplanung und Budgetierung
- SPARRINGS-PARTNER: Du fungierst für das Team als Kontaktperson bei allen Fragen rund um finanzielle Themen und stehst im Kontakt mit externen Dienstleistern, wie beispielsweise Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern oder Investoren

Dein Profil:
- AUSBILDUNG: Du besitzt eine Ausbildung zum/zur Buchhalter*in oder als Steuerfachangestelle*r mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter*in oder ein vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- BERUFSERFAHRUNG: Du bringst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3+ Jahre) mit und konntest bereits Einblicke in Controlling sowie Private Equity gewinnen
- ZAHLENAFFINITÄT: Zahlen und Finanzen sind deine große Leidenschaft. Du arbeitest stets datengetrieben, besitzt sehr gute analytische Kenntnisse und schreckst auch vor anspruchsvollen Prozessen nicht zurück
- ZUVERLÄSSIGKEIT: Deine Vertraulichkeit, Sorgfalt und dein eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten zeichnen dich aus. Dabei arbeitest du stets lösungsorientiert und siehst Herausforderungen als Chancen an

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
