In dieser Position bist Du verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Windenergieprojekten sowie für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Bürostandortes in Achim.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest die strategische Ausrichtung, die Führungskultur und die Schnittstellen von WindStrom mit
- Du steuerst die Geschäftsprozesse
- Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch die Projektentwicklung
- Du treibst die bestehende Projektpipeline voran und identifizierst sowie entwickelst Neuprojekte
- Du steuerst und arbeitest operativ in der Projektentwicklung mit
- Du bist "Sparringspartner" für das Team bei allen Themen in der Entwicklung von Windenergieprojekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Projektentwicklung Windenergie (m/w/d) und hast einen Hochschulabschluss
- Du besitzt branchenspezifisches Know-how, insbesondere im Bereich des Planungsrechts (BauGB, BImSchG, ROG, EEG, etc.)
- Du zeigst Verhandlungsgeschick, hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Du trittst "bodenständig" auf und zeigst Empathie mit Mitarbeitenden und Geschäftspartnern

Im Jahr 1992 haben Herr Dipl.-Ing. Gerold Buß-Lissek, Herr Dipl.-Geogr. Wilfried Glander, Herr Dipl.-Ing. Rolf Rieken und Herr Dipl.-Geogr. KG, die sich um die Planung, Realisierung und Finanzierung von Windenergieanlagen kümmert. Die Experten für die kaufmännische Betriebsführung sind in der WindStrom Service und Betriebsführungs GmbH zuhause. Die WindStrom Windpark Verwaltungs GmbH übernimmt die Geschäftsführung von Windparks mit den dazugehörenden Infrastrukturgesellschaften. Unser Kooperationspartner für die technische Betriebsführung ist die ENERTRAG Betrieb GmbH. Zuständig für Freiflächen-Solaranlagen ist die WinWin Solar GmbH, ein Joint Venture mit der WiNRG GmbH, deren geschäftsführende Gesellschafter seit 2005 auch international sehr erfolgreich am Markt sind.
