Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung und Führung des Instandhaltungsteams Elektrik im alltäglichen Schichtbetrieb
- Sie führen die Einweisung, Schulung und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden durch
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Projektierung, Installation und Optimierung neuer Anlagen und nehmen aktiv am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess teil
- Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Vorgaben aus den relevanten Zertifizierungsaudits (wie z.B. IFS, MSC, Energie- und Umweltaudit) eingehalten werden
- Sie unterstützen bei Wartungsplänen durch Datenanalyse von Instandsetzungen, optimieren den technischen Lagerbestand und führen Inspektionen nach Absprache mit den Fachbereichen durch
- Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Elektrik oder Elektrotechnik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen einen Meister, Techniker (m/w/d) oder Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Anlagentechnik oder Vergleichbares
- Sie haben durch Ihre bisherige Berufserfahrung idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in der industriellen Produktion gewonnen und ggfls. erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Sie legen Wert auf transparente Kommunikation sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und zeichnen sich durch Ihre eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie verfügen über umfassende Methodenkenntnisse in Bereichen wie TPM, Lean und Change Management und runden so Ihr Profil ab
