Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Anwender:innen bei der effizienten Handhabung unserer Programme nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung in unsere Tools im Team der Fachabteilung/Kundenbetreuung. Dabei bearbeitest du Support-Anfragen zu unseren Softwareprodukten u. a. per Telefon, E-Mail und Teamviewer und stehst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Du hast je nach Interesse vielfältige Möglichkeiten, die Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchführungssysteme aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei kannst du z. B. fachliche Themen, neue Ideen oder gesetzliche Anforderungen für die Softwareentwicklung aufbereiten und in Projekte einbringen.
- Du hast die Möglichkeit, regelmäßige Schulungen für unsere Programme online oder vor Ort zu geben und die Chance, auf Messen direkt mit unseren Anwender:innen zu kommunizieren, sofern du das möchtest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in (m/w/d) o. ä. und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Programmen der Steuerbranche. Wenn du bereits Kenntnisse in den Softwareanwendungen unseres Unternehmens hast, ist dies von Vorteil aber kein Muss.
- Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und kannst komplexe steuerliche Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich darstellen. Mit deiner Beratungskompetenz und deinem freundlichen Auftreten gelingt es dir, unsere Programminhalte anschaulich zu vermitteln.
- Du bist teamfähig und bereicherst den regelmäßigen Austausch innerhalb des Kollegenkreises durch deine Mitarbeit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
