Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen als Projektleitung der Versorgungstechnik eigenverantwortlich die Steuerung und Koordinierung aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten in Planung, Bauausführung und Inbetriebnahme in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Klimatechnik
- Sie wirken an Neu- und Umbauprojekten der öffentlichen Hand im Klinik- sowie Forschungsbereich mit und sind somit mit den Anforderungen von Landes- und Bundesförderbaumaßnahmen vertraut
- Sie sind als Projektleitung verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität der Versorgungstechnik Ihres zu bearbeitenden Projektes und sind mit allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI der Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 betraut

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen erfolgreichen Abschluss einer Ausbildung als Meister:in oder Techniker:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Bauleitung/-überwachung bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in den branchenspezifischen Vorschriften und Installationsrichtlinien der o.g. elektrotechnischen Anlagen sowie im Umgang mit Terminplanungs-, AVA- und Berechnungssoftware
- Sie haben anwendungssichere Kenntnisse in der HOAI und im Bauvertragsrecht, insbesondere der VOB, VDE/DIN-Richtlinien und Grundkenntnisse im technischen Brandschutz
- Sie haben Freude daran, Ihre Projekte fach-, termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerecht bis zur Fertigstellung zu begleiten
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationsstärke sowie einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

About Universitätsklinikum Jena
Im Universitätsklinikum Jena arbeiten über 6.800 Menschen in der Krankenversorgung, Forschung und Lehre in allen medizinischen Fachbereichen. Das Klinikum ist dabei nicht nur das einzige Universitätsklinikum in Thüringen, sondern auch eine Einrichtung der Grund- und Regelversorgung für die Stadt Jena. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
