Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Jahresbudgets und rollierende Forecasts
- Du führst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse durch
- Du bist Business Partner:in in Bezug auf die Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisoptimierung mit den Bereichsverantwortlichen und unterstützt die Werkleitung bei der Vorbereitung von strategischen Entscheidungen
- Du analysierst und interpretierst die Monatsergebnisse im Rahmen des Konzernreportings
- Du erarbeitest Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisoptimierung mit den Bereichsverantwortlichen und bewertest sowie wickelst Investitionen im Rahmen der Konzernvorgaben ab
- Du wirkst in nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling bzw. Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling (wünschenswert)
- Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in SAP (FI/CO, BW) und MS Office, TM1 (wünschenswert)
- Du denkst analytisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert und systematisch
- Du hast eine hohe Leistungsmotivation und Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse (min. Sprachniveau B1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
