Sachbearbeiter für Vertriebseffizienz (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten aktiv bei der Entwicklung, Einführung, Optimierung und Anpassung von Beratungs- und Betreuungskonzepten sowie bei der Erstellung von Beratungshilfen mit
- Sie verantworten das Vertriebsmanagement im Kernbankensystem und sind für die technische Umsetzung der Genossenschaftlichen Beratung zuständig
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von zielgerichteten, teilbankspezifischen und zielgruppenadäquaten Ganzjahresaktivitäten- und Kampagnenplanungen mit
- Sie führen regelmäßig Datenanalysen im Zusammenhang mit der Neugestaltung von Prozessen und Produkten durch
- Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen
- Sie initiieren und begleiten Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsbank sowie der Vertriebsprozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie haben in dem beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet bereits praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise im Umfeld von Kreditinstituten gesammelt
