Auf Augenhöhe mit dem CTO arbeitest du an der Digitalisierung und stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer nachhaltigen Leasing-Lösungen im Dienstrad- und eMobilitäts-Bereich. Dabei entwickelst du in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du hilfst als Teil eines Scrum-Teams mit, die Systeme des Unternehmens auf einem wirtschaftlich vertretbaren, hohen technischen Niveau zu halten und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du stellst die jederzeitige Sicherheit, Aktualität, Integrität und Verfügbarkeit der technischen Systeme durch geeignete Prozesse und Verfahren sicher
- Du setzt die Ziele und Inhalte künftiger Softwareentwicklungen um und bist Teil der Entwicklungsarbeiten in Abstimmung mit dem CTO und den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
- Du erarbeitest ER-Designs, Analysen und Entwürfe relationaler Datenmodelle mit dem MS-SQL Server
- Du bildest dich weiter und gehst mit einem agilen Mindset an deine Aufgaben heran

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in C#, TypeScript, SQL, OOA/OOD, Design Patterns und Clean Code mit
- Code Qualität, Unit Tests, TDD, CI/CD und Quellcodeverwaltung mit Azure DevOps sind dir bekannt
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein agiles Mindset und deine DevOps-Mentalität aus und bist gewillt, sich - auch selbständig - weiterzubilden
- Du bist leidenschaftliche Full Stack Entwicklerin / leidenschaftlicher Full Stack Entwickler

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
