Was erwartet dich?
- Du assistierst und unterstützt beim Eventmanagement verschiedener externer und interner Veranstaltungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für sämtliche Kommunikation und Recherche bzgl. Dienstleister
- Du übernimmst und überwachst die anfallenden Bestellungen
- Du unterstützt uns bei administrativen Prozessen
- Du hast keine direkte Personalverantwortung
- Du koordinierst jedoch das Team und die Dienstleister bei Events

- Du bist auf allen Leveln willkommen (keine Erfahrung erforderlich)
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Niveau
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Du bist bereit, am Wochenende zu arbeiten

Unsere Heidelberger Eventlocation ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern und liegt doch in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist zentral in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar. Der Gutshof bietet eine romantische Atmosphäre als Hochzeitslocation in Heidelberg und ist ein wunderbarer Ort für eine besondere Feier. Hier können Sie unabhängig vom Wetter drinnen und draußen Feste feiern. Die Räumlichkeiten sind geräumig und bieten Platz für zahlreiche Gäste. Terrasse und großzügiger Außenbereich eignen sich für Freie Trauungen oder einen Empfang unter freiem Himmel. Der Ausblick auf die Umgebung und auch der Königstuhl im Hintergrund, stellen eine ganz natürlich schöne Kulisse dar

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
