Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und steuerst die Teamleitungen, die für die jeweiligen Geschäftsbereiche verantwortlich sind
- Du leitest die Teamleitungen an und unterstützt sie in Fragen der Personalführung, inklusive der Begleitung von Personal- und Feedbackgesprächen
- Du optimierst gemeinsam mit den Teamleitungen interne Qualitätsprozesse
- Du stellst sicher, dass Leistungen wirtschaftlich, pünktlich und reibungslos erbracht werden, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
- Du überprüfst und achtest auf die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie der Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die Kundenwünsche reibungslos erfüllt werden
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen den operativen Bereichen und der Abteilungsleitung Operations & HR

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im relevanten Bereich bzw. ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Facility Management oder ähnliches
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich des technischen und / oder infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements und bringst ebenfalls Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen leitenden Funktion mit
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bringst kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie Kostenbewusstsein mit
- Du bist ein vorausschauendes Organisationstalent, arbeitest selbstständig und bist kommunikativ
- Für dich steht immer die Lösung im Vordergrund und nicht das Problem
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins

If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
