- Du validierst den Kaufpreis und verhandelst diesen gegebenenfalls
- Du entwickelst und optimierst zusammen mit deinen Kolleg:innen das Leasingmodell weiter und treibst die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Prozesse voran
- Du vertiefst und erweiterst dein Netzwerk zu Makler:innen, Bauträger:innen und Projektentwickler:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche und weißt, worauf bei einem Immobilienankauf zu achten ist
- Du hast in deiner bisherigen beruflichen Laufbahn in der Immobilienbranche bereits ein Netzwerk zu Makler:innen, Bauträger:innen, Projektentwickler:innen oder (institutionellen) Eigentümer:innen aufgebaut
- Du verfügst über ein selbstsicheres Auftreten gepaart mit hervorragendem Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du bleibst beim potenziellen Partner am Ball und es motiviert dich, ein innovatives und erklärungsbedürftiges Produkt deinem Gegenüber näherzubringen
- Du kannst dich für Neuerungen begeistern und willst vorankommen
- Du bist strukturiert, bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Software mit und hast möglicherweise bereits mit Salesforce gearbeitet

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
