Bauüberwacher und Bauoberleiter für Verkehrsanlagenplanung (m/w/d)
Wir planen Verkehrsanlagen im Bereich des ÖPNV von der Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur Gewährleistung. Die Bauüberwachung und Bauoberleitung erstellen aufgrund der Planung die Ausschreibung für den Gleis- und Straßenbau und überwachen diesen in der Ausführung. Die Bauoberleitung koordiniert darüber hinaus von der Entwurfsplanung bis zur Ausführung alle Gewerke.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erbringst Bauüberwachungs- oder Bauoberleiteraufgaben für die Verkehrsanlagenplanung, Leistungsphasen 6, 7 und 8 der HOAI

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in einem fachbezogenen Studiengang (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor o. Master, Techniker)
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Bauleitung für Infrastrukturprojekte
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen, strategisch und flexibel zu denken
- Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Ausschreibungssoftware) und Kenntnisse der einschlägigen fachlichen Normen und Vorschriften (u. a. zum Brandschutz) sowie der VOB und HOAI

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
