Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst und nimmst Photovoltaikanlagen in Betrieb, führst fachgerechte Installation und Verkabelung von Solarmodulen, Wechselrichtern und Speichersystemen durch
- Du wartest und überprüfst regelmäßig Photovoltaikanlagen, um optimale Leistung und Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten, diagnostizierst und behebst Störungen und Leistungsabfälle
- Du führst Sicherheitsprüfungen gemäß relevanten Normen und Vorschriften durch, um die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der Photovoltaikanlagen zu gewährleisten
- Du erstellst technische Berichte, Protokolle und Dokumentationen zu den durchgeführten Arbeiten, einschließlich Anlagendaten und Leistungsberichten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Elektriker oder Elektroniker mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Photovoltaiktechnik, Elektroinstallationstechnik, den relevanten Normen (z.B. DIN VDE) sowie im Umgang mit Prüf- und Messgeräten
- Du hast ein hohes technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig und im Team zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bist in der Lage, eigenständig und im Team zu arbeiten und besitzt die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
