Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt innerhalb der IT die Weiterentwicklung sowie den Auf- und Ausbau der Digitalisierung des Construction Managements bei unserem Unternehmen
- Du unterstützt als Teil des Teams „Sustainability Operation and Area Management“ den Fachbereich bei Planung, Analyse, Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von digitalen Lösungen und der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Construction Management IT-Systemlandschaft
- Du verstehst dich als Vordenker:in und Treiber:in von Construction Management Themen sowie als Sparrings-Partner:in der verschiedenen internen Stakeholder
- Du steuerst und entwickelst in diesem Umfeld zielorientiert weiter, schaffst ein motivierendes Umfeld und pflegst eine offene Gesprächs- und Feedbackkultur

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Umfeld der IT oder des Construction Managements mit digitalem Schwerpunkt und hast erste Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet
- Du verfügst idealerweise bereits über Erfahrungen in der Ausschreibung von IT-Lösungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch fundiertes Knowhow in der Digitalisierung bauherrenorientierter Prozesse und damit verbundener Tools aus
- Du kennst dich sehr gut mit aktuellen Innovationen und Trends in der Branche aus
- Du kennst die bestehenden planungs- und baufachlichen Regularien (HOAI, AHO) sowie normative Vorgaben (DIN 276, DIN 277) grundlegend
- Du hast Freude am Inhouse Consulting und Spaß daran, deine Konzepte und Ideen kompetent in verschiedenen Runden zu präsentieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
