Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung der ITIL-Prozesse Change, Service Asset & Configuration sowie Release-Management für die gesamte IT und entwickelst eigenständig Schulungen für die relevanten Prozesse
- Du organisierst die taktische Dienstleistersteuerung sowie interne Service Review Meetings zur Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebes
- Du steuerst Task Forces bei Prio 1 & 2 Störungen und bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätsverbesserung, das KPI Reporting sowie das Service Level Management
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Bereich Servicemanagement und unterstützt mit deinen Fachkenntnissen sowohl Fachbereichs- als auch andere IT-Projekte
- Du übernimmst die bereichsübergreifende Koordination zentraler IT-Audits und steuerst die Kommunikation zwischen Auditor und IT
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Strategien zur Integration agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum, DevOps) in bestehende ITIL-Prozesse und implementierst entsprechende Schnittstellen und Übergabepunkte zwischen agilen Teams und ITIL-Prozessbeteiligten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Bereich Servicemanagement und Erfahrung in Dienstleistersteuerung und SLA Monitoring
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, in kritischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten und als zentrale Ansprechperson alle Fäden in der Hand zu halten
- Du gehst gut mit gängigen Projekt- und Servicemanagementmethoden (z.B. Prince2, ITILv3/v4) sowie agilen Methodiken um
- Du hast sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Du trittst sicher auf und hast Präsentationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in Form von Schulungen oder Vorträgen vor größerem Publikum
- Du hast Kenntnisse von Servicemanagement-Tools, was von Vorteil ist

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
