Mitarbeiter im Bereich Logistik und Kundenservice (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung der Kundenaufträge vom Bestelleingang, über die Abstimmung der Liefertermine bis hin zur Auslieferung im In-und Ausland
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, Logistikdienstleister, den Vertrieb und die Buchhaltung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Lager- und Transportdienstleistern zusammen
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst den Lagerbestand
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft und trägst maßgeblich zum reibungslosen Ablauf bei
- Du unterstützt proaktiv im Logistikbereich und hilfst, Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Du verfügst über gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Excel und hast bestenfalls Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP/R3
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position in der Reifenbranche mit
- Du punktest mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung, Teamgeist, Organisationstalent sowie einer proaktiven, selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
