Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind als Leiter:in Vertrieb verantwortlich für den Vertrieb unseres gesamten Produktportfolios (insbesondere von Duct, Ductspace, Dark fibre und Colocation) im Kundensegment Carrier.
- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln Ihr 15-köpfiges Vertriebs-Team weiter. Dabei sind Sie sich Ihrer Vorbildfunktion bewusst und pflegen einen Führungsstil, der von Vertrauen, Transparenz, Wertschätzung und einer konstruktiven Fehlerkultur geprägt ist.
- Sie entwickeln basierend auf einem definierten Kundenstamm die Beziehung zu Ihren Bestandskund:innen, gewinnen neue Kund:innen hinzu und begeistern beide mit unseren Produkten und Services.
- Sie sind im Business Development aktiv und bringen Ihr Know-how gewinnbringend für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensinternen Portfolios ein.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Fachbereichen unseres Unternehmens sowie der Geschäftsführung zusammen und arbeiten an interdisziplinären Projekten.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für einen Umsatz von über 100 Mio. Euro.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung und Erfolge im Carrier-Vertrieb von Telekommunikationsprodukten, idealerweise bei einem Provider oder einem Unternehmen in der Telekommunikationsbranche (Festnetz / Carrier), erworben. Hierdurch verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrieb von Duct, Ductspace, Dark fibre und Colocation.
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz, gepaart mit einem motivierenden Führungsstil, den Sie bereits in einer vergleichbaren Position unter Beweis gestellt haben.
- Sie haben Freude daran, Kund:innen mit unseren Produkten zu begeistern und sind offen im Umgang und in der Ansprache.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, treten sicher und souverän auf, haben gute Umgangsformen, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine ausgeprägte Motivation.
- Sie interessieren sich für die technischen Fragestellungen zu unseren Produkten, beraten gerne unsere Kund:innen technisch wie kommerziell und überzeugen diese mit Ihren Fachkenntnissen und Ihrer begeisternden Persönlichkeit.
- Sie beherrschen die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
