Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich alle Aufgaben im Bereich der Zeitwirtschaft und sind in allen Themen der Zeiterfassung erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d). Ebenso unterstützen Sie im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung.

- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich anfallende Aufgaben der Zeitwirtschaft
- Sie wirken bei der Einführung neuer Arbeitszeitmodelle mit
- Sie legen Mitarbeiterstempelchips an und geben diese aus
- Sie unterstützen bei der vorbereitenden Entgeltabrechnung
- Sie korrespondieren mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen, Behörden, Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften
- Sie sind für das Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen zuständig

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ersten Erfahrungen im Personalwesen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
