Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Berichtswesen und die fristgemäße Lieferung aller internen wie externen Reportinganforderungen des Betriebsteils
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Anfertigung von Ergebnisprognosen, Planungen sowie der Liquiditätsplanung und -kontrolle
- Du führst komplexere Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen oder Szenariorechnungen durch, leitest Maßnahmen ab und bist kaufmännischer Sparringspartner für die Leitung des Betriebsteils. Du unterstützt aktiv in der ergebnisverantwortlichen Steuerung des Betriebsteils
- Du arbeitest bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit, bspw. durch die Erstellung des BAB, Bewertung unfertiger Leistungen und Bewertung von rückstellungsrelevanten Sachverhalten
- Du wirkst bei der Einführung eines kaufmännischen Qualitätssicherungssystems sowie dessen laufender Kontrolle mit
- Du gestaltest kaufmännische Prozesse und die Controlling-Werkzeuge und -Methoden im gesamten Unternehmen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Diplom-Kaufmann/-Kauffrau (m/w/d) oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Controlling
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling und Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung (wünschenswert) und Erfahrung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Anwendungsprogrammen (Finanzbuchhaltung/Kostenrechnung)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Standard-PC-Anwendungen auf Windows-Basis (Word, Excel,...) sowie Kommunikationssoftware (MS Office Outlook)
- Du gehst analytisch und strukturiert vor

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
