Buchhalter für Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die laufende Buchführung sowie die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Du kümmerst dich um das Forderungsmanagement und die Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Du erstellst und analysierst Kostenstellenberichte und unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung
- Du bereitest Steuererklärungen vor und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte zur Finanzlage und entwickelst Handlungsempfehlungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, Rechnungswesen oder einem ähnlichen Feld
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine präzise Arbeitsweise
- Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten und deine Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich zu managen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel und gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen
- Du beherrschst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)

Die Digital Dental & Healthcare Technology produziert und vermarktet zahnmedizinische Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Mit drei eigenen Produktsparten (CaviTAU®, OroTox®, MindLINK®) und einer eigenen Inhouse-Marketing-Agentur operiert die DDHT schwerpunktmäßig im DACH-Raum. Die Inhouse-Agentur Healthcare Medical Marketing (www.hc-mm.de) ist dabei schwerpunktmäßig in den Disziplinen SEO, SEA, Social Media, dem Erstellen von Internetseiten und Online-Shops tätig. Hierzu werden individuelle Kommunikationskonzepte erstellt und mit den Kunden individuelle Marketingkonzepte erarbeitet. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
