Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Planung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von VoIP-Lösungen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Integration von Telefonanlagen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen und führst Schulungen für unsere Produkte durch.
- Du übernimmst die Überwachung, Wartung und Pflege der Telefonanlagen und reagierst proaktiv auf Innovationen und deren Umsetzung.
- Du analysierst auftretende Probleme, findest Lösungen und entwickelst kreative Ansätze, um die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Telekommunikation, Systemintegration oder ein abgeschlossenes vergleichbares Studium.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Administration, Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Telefonanlagen und/oder Unified-Communications-Lösungen mit.
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration und im Netzwerkmonitoring und idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit LINUX.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team. Du bist offen für Neues und möchtest dich weiterentwickeln.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
