Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und betreibst das Nexen Tire Einzelhandelsmarketing-Tool, erstellst Richtlinien und Materialien und führst es in Europa ein
- Du erstellst und überprüfst Marketingunterstützung für Kund:innen sowie kund:innenbasierte Marketingaktivitäten
- Du verwaltest die Schulungs-Website für Kund:innen, Nexen ACE, entwickelst Schulungsinhalte und organisierst Roadshows/Messen zur Kund:innenschulung
- Du führst Wettbewerbsanalysen der Einzelhandelsmarketing-Aktivitäten in Europa durch, insbesondere in Deutschland, Italien, Frankreich, Tschechien und Skandinavien
- Du verwaltest KPIs, das Marketingbudget und Kund:innenkooperationspläne für den europäischen Markt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Performance Marketing, bestenfalls im Channel Marketing mit
- Du kommunizierst effektiv mündlich und schriftlich in Englisch und Deutsch, deine Koreanisch Kenntnisse sind ein Bonus
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, in einem herausfordernden und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint und Word
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Prozessorientierung
- Du pflegst gute zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen, denkst proaktiv und hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
