Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie implementieren vor Ort Produktions-, Liefer- und Integrationspläne in sogenannten Quality Gates
- Sie sind zuständig für den Systemaufbau (Hardware, Firmware, Software) sowie die operativen und technisch/logistischen Prozesse
- Sie dokumentieren Systemkomponenten, Projektmeilensteine, Lieferleistungen und Abnahmen bzw. Inspektionen
- Sie betreuen das System vor Ort über den Lebenszyklus im sogenannten In-Service Support, einschließlich User Helpdesk, Inspektion/Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparaturen, Materialversorgung und Training
- Sie erstellen technische Berichte, wie Fehlermeldungen und BITE-Diagnosen
- Sie setzen vorbeugende und korrigierende Maßnahmen mit den Kund:innen gemäß Weisung des leitenden Programmmanagers um

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Technik oder Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Betreuung von technischen Anlagen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Sie sind reisebereit und verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
