IT-Application Manager für Projektmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Projektmanagement: Sie steuern (Teil-)Projekte mit agilem oder hybridem Vorgehen und übernehmen die technische Applikationsverantwortung in den Projekten. Sie bereiten Informationen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder auf und sind für die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops zuständig
- Dokumentation: Sie erstellen und pflegen notwendige Dokumentationen (z.B. Betriebskonzept, Datenschutz, Datenmanagement, Prozesse, Compliance)
- Weiterentwicklung/Betrieb: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und sukzessive Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Anwendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
- Support: Sie bearbeiten Service-Anfragen und unterstützen unsere User*innen bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools
- Change-Request: Sie begleiten systematisch Änderungsanforderungen und sind dabei im engen Austausch mit unserem IT-Team

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Berufliche Qualifikation: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur ausgeschriebenen Stelle (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Medieninformatik) und/oder mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
- Fachwissen & Lernfreude: Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Administration und Customizing von Webanwendungen sowie im agilen und hybriden Projektmanagement. Sie eignen sich gerne neue technische und methodische Kompetenzen an und setzen diese gezielt ein. Kenntnisse in Change-Management und Innovationsmethoden sind von Vorteil
- Servicementalität: Sie helfen gern kompetent und wertschätzend anderen Menschen in IT Fragen
- Hybrides Arbeiten: Sie stimmen sich im Team ab, an welchen Tagen sie gemeinsam im Büro arbeiten und an welchen Tagen im Home-Office
- Deutschkenntnisse: mindestens auf Sprachlevel B2-C1

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
