Teamassistenz im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Controlling (m/w/d)
Du unterstützt zudem das Rechnungswesen und das Controlling für die (zwei) Tochterunternehmen der conceito-Holding GmbH.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für ein Team von ca. 10 Berater:innen an dem Standort der conceito-Holding -Tochter ICMS GmbH in Karlsruhe/Gartenstraße 26 zuständig
- Du verantwortest die Beschaffung von Büromaterial, die Reisestelle, einfache Buchhaltungsaufgaben und den Telefondienst
- Du bereitest Belege für die Buchhaltung, Rechnungserstellung und -eingangsprüfung vor
- Du unterstützt das Unternehmenscontrolling

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium absolviert oder alternativ entsprechende Arbeitserfahrung (mindesten 2 Jahre) im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
- Du hast Spaß an Büroorganisation und bist Service-orientiert
- Du bist kommunikativ und offen
- Du kannst mit Entscheidungsfreiraum und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten gut umgehen
- Du sprichst fließend deutsch und kannst einfache Konversationen in englisch führen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
