What can you expect?

  • You assist in the management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors leveraging its capabilities to enhance People operations and reporting
  • You support the maintenance and efficiency of documentation within the MS Office suite and SAP SuccessFactors
  • You identify calibration opportunities in existing People processes and help develop strategies to enhance efficiency within our systems
  • You support the continuous integration of new systems into our existing technical infrastructure
  • You foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders providing insightful analytics to drive People & Culture initiatives and ensure accurate up-to-date documentation for the business
  • You provide occasional user support for internal stakeholders on system functionalities and monitor industry trends and best practices in People systems proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

What should you bring along?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • You have knowledge of current HR technologies and how to use them in both user-facing and system administration capacities
  • You have ideally worked with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system in a previous role (or internship) and thrive on exploring new functionalities
  • You are fluent in English with experience in a bilingual or international working environment and have B2 German skills
  • You have a reliable, approachable, and accountable working attitude, are proactive in seeking information, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues
  • You are a strong organizer with attention to detail and an analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills
  • You have proficiency in MS Office with a particular focus on Excel and OneNote

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
